Pre-Orders (Full Payment Required)
When you purchase a pre-order item, you are purchasing a product that is currently out of stock or not yet available for immediate shipment.
For all pre-order items, full payment is required at the time of purchase in order to secure inventory allocation and reserve your order.
Pre-orders are fulfilled based on the estimated shipping timeline shown on the product page or order confirmation. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to production or logistics conditions.
Cancellation Policy:
- Pre-orders can only be cancelled before the order has been shipped or fulfilled.
Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or modified. - If a cancellation is approved before shipment, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- We reserve the right to refuse cancellation requests once the order is in processing, packed, or allocated for shipment.

Subscriptions
Subscriptions provide recurring deliveries based on the selected plan and frequency.
Your payment method will be securely stored and charged automatically for each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to renewal.
Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled at any time through your account dashboard or order confirmation email.
