For example, a 3000mm rating indicates the fabric can withstand a 3000mm (9.85') column of water for over a minute before any seepage occurs. This level of waterproofing can prevent rain from entering the tent even during hurricane-force storms.

Hand wash with warm water, a sponge, and mild, non-detergent soap.
Avoid dishwashing liquid, detergent, bleach, pre-soaking solutions, or spot removers.

Rinsing and Drying:

Rinse thoroughly.
Dry by pitching or line-drying.

Important: Do not dry clean, machine-wash, or machine-dry your tent as these methods can strip the waterproof coatings.
