Cancellation Policy

  • Before Shipment: You can cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been shipped.

  • After Shipment: Once the goods have been shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted.


Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligibility Period: Must be requested within 30 days of receipt.

  • Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.

  • Proof of Purchase: Required (e.g., order confirmation email or number).

🚫 Special Notice for International Orders (Shipped from China)

For international orders shipped from China, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the product has a quality issue. We appreciate your understanding due to the high cost and complexity of international logistics.

However, all products come with a 2-year free replacement parts warranty (excluding damage caused by misuse or human factors).


Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us: Submit your request via our Contact Us form with order ID and reason.

  2. Review: We will review your request. If approved, return instructions and an address will be provided.

  3. Return: Use a trackable method. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.

  4. Exchange: Replacement will be shipped once the return is received.


Refunds

  • Eligibility: Must be in new, unused condition. A restocking fee may apply if the product is not in original condition.

  • Processing Time: Within 3 business days after inspection.

  • Refund Method: To the original payment method.
